Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, born in Wellington,) is an Canadian actor from Canada. She was born in Winnipeg and born in Wellington Paquin was able to make her acting debut portraying Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of 11, making her the second-youngest winner in Oscar history.
